Built in 1939, Harvester was a wooden hull Biloxi lugger with the following dimensions: length 50.4 feet, breadth 15.4 feet and depth 6.6 feet. It weighed 33 gross, 22 net tons with a 100-horsepower engine. Harvester was captained by Francis R. C. “Junius” Creel. After many decades of service to the Biloxi Seafood Industry, Harvester was moved to Galveston, Texas.
