The TONI JO ANN was built in 1947 at Toche Shipyard. The wooden Biloxi lugger was approximately 50 feet in length and was later converted to double rigging. Owned by Peter Kuljis, it was named after his daughter. The vessel was one among the fleet in service to Kuljis Seafood and Ice harvesting seafood along the Mississippi Gulf Coast.
